About Me

I'm a professional scientist by training and love experimenting and exploring new ideas in laboratories. However, the kitchen is my personal laboratory which knows no boundaries (what could go wrong hey?). Here, I get the freedom to create and taste whichever cuisine/recipe/photo/craving that piques my curiosity. Best of all, unlike scientific experiments, they rarely fail and are quick to whip up. My favourite recipes which I share in our blog are ones that use fresh ingredients and minimal seasonings to get maximal flavour and taste, and can be put together with little fuss and effort.
